'Not pet friendly. No fencing. Rotten fruit in bowl. No milk for coffee. Had a fire which smoked out the whole cottage and had to sleep with all doors open to clear it, so all my wedding clothes smelt of smoke. Place is tiny. '

'Description stated wheelchair access but we were on the second floor, we had a friend that struggled because she is going through cancer treatment. Description said 2 bathroooms but there was only 1. Kitchen utensils were dirty, no teaspoons, a tablespoon had burn marks on the back. Kettle was absolutely disgusting and dirty, pots missing handles. 2 single Beds had one fitted sheet and a thin throw blanket in winter, no extra bedding, aircon/heater worked great.
