'Stayed here for one night. Friendly staff, room was clean, everything worked. Gym is a bit worn out, security key was missing so not all equipment can be used.'

'They over sold and did not have the room I requested. They accommodated quickly and refunded my money. Great customer service!'

'The staff was great, I would tell everyone to go and check it out.'

'We were worried about the location with semi trucks all around but surprisingly it was very quiet abd clean. Beds very comfortable. Shower nice abd hot with excellent water pressure.'

'Good hotel for traveller like me. Great location and friendly people. highly recommanded'

'Very clean'

'Room. Very clean.staff was friendly.'

'Dirty surroundings, rooms, dirty towels, shady looking characters. I would avoid this hotel.'

'We had a fantastic stay at this cabin. The scenery was gorgeous and it was great to have acess to the hot tub and jacuzzi. The property is only 30 minutes away from Hot Springs so if you’re looking for a romantic and quiet get away to Hot Springs, you can’t do any better than Hidden Cabins! Also the check out process was super easy!'

'Check in was Simple. The location of this rental is at a beautiful event venue-Suttle Ridge. This rental is the guest quarters behind the main quarters and there is also a beautiful pavilion with an amazing views. The main quarters and pavilion were rented for part of our stay. The owners were very transparent from the start about this. I mistakenly did not read the full amenities while booking and discovered upon arrival there was no air conditioning. There were two large fans but it was a bit...

'Appreciated that the TV remote actually had batteries. Falling asleep wasn't an issue thanks to quiet rooms and blackout curtains. The location is convenient for local attractions.'

'It is a very nice cabin, and the host is very responsive! Would highly recommend! '

'Our visit was a wonderful experience. Must do it again'

'Only thing was the directions to get to the property not being accessible through apple maps, but when calling the owners they provided perfect instructions to arrive.'
