'A great location a few minute walk from Bath House row in Hot Springs. The motel was clean and quiet. The room was small, but definitely good condition and clean. Good quality for the affordable price. Location was close to all the major spots in the park as well as a the Happy Hollows Spring one of the only cold springs in the park. Parking was easy. Staff friendly. Lawn games available too!'

Along with that it is a 100+year old building that is going to smell old and be harder to clean. The staff were exceptionally kind and trying very hard.
