'This is a well maintained older property. The staff was very friendly, the room was exceptionally clean and did not smell! The beds were so comfortable and seemed new! Very nice continental breakfast. The only drawback would be the indoor pool. Cloudy water, heater, not working, probably very old. Otherwise, I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you.'

'Let me start by saying that the place is impressive. I was looking forward to my stay after booking. The biggest issue: the room was hot. I struggled to fall asleep on the amazingly comfortable bed due to the room being so hot. I did lower the thermostat, but the room just never cooled off. There was also cobwebs in the bathroom....I want to go back and maybe request a different room.....I wanted to give a 3 star across the board, but the property was so impressive I just couldn't go that...

'Our room was completely unclean. The surfaces were sticky and there was first and stains all over the walls. The beds had brown and orange stains all over the sheets and mattress. Additionally, there was evidence of there possibly being bedbugs such as small bite stains and bugs around the room. The towels in the bathroom were dirty, stained, and the building as a whole had seen far better days. The staff were locked behind a dividing door and window and often not present at the office.'

'I had a sofa in the room. It’s nice to spread out during the day or before bedtime without making a mess of the bed. I want it to be freshly made when I hit the hay for the night. I was given plenty of water at the front desk without even asking. Thanks, Matt, I think his name was.'
