'Staff was great, room was perfect and overall the feel of the hotel was safe and welcoming. Room service was yummy and hit the spot and being able to acquire a crib for my newborn was, the cherry ontop of my stay. The morning crew, that led the breakfast buffet, were perfect. 'The hotel itself was beautiful and very up to date. The room was great, and we really enjoyed the restaurant, drinks, and gift shop. The location was perfect for us since we were in town for a cheer competition and wanted to stay close to everything in downtown Little Rock. The only downside was the valet service. We waited about 40 minutes in a long line to valet our car. My mom is elderly and cannot walk long distances, which made the wait especially difficult. Because of the delay, I ended...

'The staff was outstanding. Everyone we came in contact with was kind and accommodating. Rooms, lobby, and pool area looked clean and organized. TV was frustrating a little and then went out of service but that was a directv issue. Note when booking, this is a valet parking hotel. Arrival line was a little hectic as it is a small area.'
