'Everything was great!'

'There were 2 handicap parking spaces. In order to park in them you had to ride a motorcycle or drive a “Smart Car”. The door to the room was coming off its hinge.'

If anyone is looking for a great dining experience go to the Grumpy Rabbit in historical Lonoake. It's only minutes from the hotel. The hotel is fine and has a hot breakfast. 'Checked in Friday night 6/19. Room was very nice. We put our cooler stuff in the fridge. Saturday morning my wife made a cup of coffee in the kitchenette. We stayed in a suite and there was a kitchenette with refrigerator, microwave, and one cup coffee maker. She tried to make another cup of coffee and apparently a fuse blew to the kitchenette. Microwave and refrigerator went off. We moved the coffee maker to another electrical outlet and it worked fine. Called the front desk about the...

'Room was clean and AC was cooling but hallways were hot and humid. Breakfast was from 6-10am but not juice machine was gross and toaster didn't toast, only warm up, even on the highest setting, they really need to upgrade and replace it. Pool was open but water was very cloudy and not a heated space. Laundry and gym room was clean and all equipment was operational'

'Price was great, room was CLEAN and smelled clean. Hot breakfast was good, but no individual milk, juice. Staff was awesome and present when needed. Bring your noise canceling device. I didn't. Y'all gotta do something about the air conditioner. It's loud and it runs long enough to get used to the sound and when it would shut off, the silence would be just as loud. Run for 30 minutes off for 30min. The side of the hotel that faces McDonald's, also faces the dumpster crib. Heard that thing...

'A hotel room should be: Clean Safe Comfortable Quiet This place was NOT quiet. The large space under the door let in every sound from the hallway, the plumbing made noise and trucks in the parking lot made a racquet at 4am!!!'

'06/28 My family and I stayed at this location. According to my reservation check in started at 3PM, we arrived at 5 PM and we were told that our room wasn’t ready. That the cleaning staff was behind. I asked if there were any comparable available and was told no. Staff on site said they would call when it was ready, and hour and a half later no call. I called twice and no one answered - ended up having to call customer service to get an answer. Finally checked in closer to 7, the towels in the...

'The airport shuttle was not available due to not having a driver. It was a little stressful but they were able to get another shuttle show up within 20 minutes. There was a group of people on my floor who opened and slammed their door no less than a dozen times at about 3 am. Very rude and unnecessary.'
