'Located in heart of Hot Springs National Park across from Bathhouse Row. Our room was clean and comfortable. We had excellent views of Hot Springs from our room. Breakfast was very good. Outside bar on roof was a little warm for us. Staff friendly and helpful. Valet service was very good. Several good restaruants within walking distance.'

'Het personeel was zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kaner was in goede staat. Alleen op de badkamer lag nog wat vuilnis van het vorige verblijf en er lagen meerdere haren. Voor de rest zeer netjes!'

'The hotel lobby was hot upon entering and our room was extremely hot. We were in town for a wedding and when I tried to iron clothes there’s was melted fabric on the iron. The corner trim for the 4th floor was laying across the hallway. Our hall smelled like trash from the housekeeping area on the 4th floor. They had bags of trash sitting in the hallway. 'Staff was pleasant. Room was clean. Bed was comfortable. Free washer and dryer was a bonus. Kitchenette was perfect. I only gave it 4 stars due to the recliner broken when we arrived. We reported it and they assured us it would be replaced and never was. Also report side door was broken and not locked which never was fixed during our 6 day stay.'

'No in-room coffee. Was told that it was a corporate decision to cut costs. They did have 24 hour coffee available in the lobby. I guess if you want a coffee when you wake up, wear your Jamie's, walk down the hallway take the elevator walk to the lobby, then go back.'
