'The room was not cleaned after we got there. Had to ask for towels. A room should never back up against an elevator, noisy 24 hrs a day. A smoke detector started going off at 1:00am. I had to go to the front desk and it was sitting right there. I asked the guy to take it somewhere where we couldn't hear it. Around 7:00, it started again, this time I asked him to put it outside.'

'It won't let me put zero stars or i definitely would, cause hers the thing when we got there the lights were not plugged in the fridge was not plugged in and the TV remote could not be found. We did not spend much time in room cause we had stuff to do but, when we did decide to call it a night and go in and go to bed. That's when it went bad fast. I turned on the lights after plugging them in, just to find bed bugs crawling across the sheets. That's not ok ill never stay here again even if its...

'Wonderful host, very clean and inviting place, spacious and well decorated. The only thing I would change is I would urge the host to add some full sized towels. '

'Nice little house and nice yard. Bed was comfortable. However, living room furniture was not comfortable. Kitchen needs a major overhaul. Was dirty and very old. There is no dishwasher, which is okay...but there were no dishcloths or dishtowels to do dishes. Kitchen table and chairs were very uncomfortable. There was supposed to be shower amenities, but there was no conditioner and almost no shampoo. And there were no pillow cases on the bed pillows.'

'My family enjoyed our stay here. The property is beautiful, with lots of private land to explore with our dog. The home was very clean. The owner is super nice and stopped by daily to check on us and the stoves.NOTE: Wifi is not listed as an amenity because it is not available. 'We had a great time staying here! We live in Indianapolis and it was our first time visiting the area, and Brad was awesome. He made sure we got settled in and gave us some great recommendations for things to do.The beach was closed because of the high water levels, but honestly, we still had plenty to enjoy. We brought our dog and spent a lot of time exploring the hiking trails and waterfalls nearby. There’s also a bar and grill right up the road that was a lot of fun. They had dueling pianos...

'Bill and Becky were very great at communicating with us and giving us any information we needed before our visit. We found the house to be charming and well kept. We really enjoyed the view of the lake from the kitchen. '

'This was our second time staying here. It was even better than the last time. Fishing, swimming, kayaking, and then relaxing in the ac so we can do it all again. We will be back again'

'Wonderful place, clean, comfortable, and the hot tub was amazing The hosts were accommodating and Responsive. Also they don’t ask you to do a million chores when checking out. Will definitely book here again! '

'Hot tub was nice, especially after a long day of trail hiking at the nearby state parks. Pool table was also nice as it was a good alternative to watching tv'
