'Very clean. Nice spacious room. Comfprrable bed, plenty of hot water for the shower. Staff was friendly but one of the housekeeping(?) staff was complaining about scheduling or staffing choices AT the front desk while we checked in. Also, no bar or coffee spot open when we checked in. Quiet hotel except for the traffic noise from Northwest Expressway. Easy checkin, easy check-out. Overall pretty good stay, will probably stay there again. '

'We had 3 rooms, 414 had no microwave, couldnt take a bath because it was stuck on shower, the bottom of tub was rough from patch work.room 415 pillows smelt like smoke and ac smelt like dirty feet and room 405 the ac was very loud. Breakfast was not ready and fully put out til a little after 6 and we had to leave by 630 to be at an appoint so not all of us had time to eat. And all though the pool was not open yet it was disgusting to look at how dirty it was, it should have been covered. I feel...

'Parking was easy. The Presidential Suite was Amazing, but there was a strong odor of Marijuana in the Lobby and hallway, and the Presidential Suite was right by the entrance of smokers, so not the most favorable. However, the room was phenomenal. '

'We had a great stay at this hotel and would absolutely come back. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable from the moment we arrived. The room was spotless and had a really nice, welcoming feel to it. Bed was super comfortable as well. The staff were friendly and helpful, making check-in and our overall stay smooth and stress-free.
