'Wished we'd known ahead of time, the hotel was hosting a Cosplay weekend and while like minded folks were heavily mingling doing their cosplay thing, it was not a place for me. But locked in, the place was everything but peaceful. Break fast was semi normal attire and very good as expected, but the social hour was a bit awkward and the bar tenders need to wipe down their bar more frequently. Sticky is not inviting. I probably won't be back. The hot tub was out of commission, looked like it...

'Staff was very kind pleasant. Amenities were good. Room was great except for a condensation leak from HVAC unit. Carpet was wet infront of unit, I noticed barefoot during the night. Thankfully front desk acknowledged the info and closed the room down for maintenance.'

'This was a nice place to stay, especially for the price! Check-in was very easy, staff seemed nice, the room was nice, and we really enjoyed the pool & breakfast! The only thing that was a little concerning is we found some hair on some parts of the bedding and in the shower/bath. That did make us question how well the place was cleaned, but it looked good besides that. The place does kind of give an "outdated" feel & we noticed the elevator was extremely squeaky as it went up and down as well...

'Bathtub drainage was slow/clogged, had to change room. Second room is fine. Bed cover felt old and long-used. Was not comfortable to sleep. Was expecting better room condition and equipments overall with this well-branded hotel.'

'The breakfast was great and the lady that was managing it all kept the area pristine. Our room was fairly clean (stain by the ac unit) but the bathroom was wanting. There was a huge wad of hair on the shower drain and the crevices were stained or moldy. Also, they only had one pack-n-play and a family had already gotten it. I feel like hotels should have more.'

'The pool and gym were both closed. The shower curtain and towels had holes in them. I tried to talk to a manager but no one was ever available and no one else could help. The place is run down and dirty.'

'The property was very quiet and peaceful which we totally enjoyed. We tried to use the hot tub in the Satin room, and to our disappointment, found that it was not working. We really didn’t meet any of the staff except for the lady who brought breakfast to our room. Breakfast was very good. All in all, it was a pleasant stay. The only other complaint is that we found the bed rather uncomfortable.'

'Everyone was super friendly and helpful. They did charge me anything when I brought my little chihuahua with me, I did have his kennel with me. Linens were all clean as well as the rest of the room and hotel. The deposit to stay was lower than anywhere else that In looked at. There wasn't breakfast but it made up for it by being clean and very quiet.'

I stayed there for 9 nights never did they come clean my room they say for the extended stay people the only clean once a week (even the trash).
