'Stephan is an engaging and caring host. We liked the Japanese feel of the bedroom and the clean, modern bathroom. The quiet at night was wonderful! We have fond memories of our animal hosts, too- Tin-Tin the cat and Emily and Rosa, the goats.'

'We stayed two nights and thoroughly enjoyed this cozy little cabin'

'This rental was the most well stocked rental we've stayed at - from kitchen utensils to spices and condiments to bathroom toiletries. The rest of the property was very clean and cozy, with a great view of the water through the huge sliding doors.Our stay was close to the holidays, and the little Christmas tree was nice touch we appreciated.The road to the property was rough, so future guests should be aware of the time of year they decide to book if their vehicle isn't equipped to handle muddy...

'Beautiful location for a relaxing escape... watch the sunrise or sunset while relaxing near the river with a cup of tea or a glass of NS wine. Build a puzzle on the table, watch a movie, take a hike, but leave the technology behind and enjoy all it has to offer.'

'Basic and clean. Needs some outside maintenance like weeding. It’s a few garbage cans for the washrooms but overall it served the purpose. A hot tub would make it a completely different property.'

'We had the best stay at this property! It’s very clear the hosts take great pride in keeping a beautiful home and ensuring their guests have a really fun stay. The property itself was very clean and had plenty of room for our large group and was very comfortable for everyone, including the pups! The rooms were lovely, and it was very convenient having baby items at the property so we didn’t have to bring them with us.
