'We stayed here for one week with extended family. There was plenty of room for everyone, lots of nooks and crannies to relax. Lots of room for time together and time alone to read a book or relax. The cottage and lake area had everything we needed! The host, Rebecca, was very responsive and answered questions immediately. Will be back for a third booking next year!'

'Beautiful home and property. Very spacious and well decorated! The beautiful table set for us in the dining room was a wonderful surprise! The toys for the kids next to the cinema room were also greatly appreciated. My favourite part, though, was the view and the tranquility in the morning, drinking my morning coffee from the upper deck, looking out to Fletcher’s Lake and watching a variety of birds fly past and through the trees on the property. '

'We had a wonderful stay at the cabin and truly enjoyed our time there. The place was cozy, clean, and exactly as described. The host was responsive and accommodating. Everything was great, and we’d happily stay again. Highly recommended!'

'Well! What can I say? My sister Deb and I had the best time staying with Angel, Jerome and little Ozzy She was very welcoming and the loft was amazing! All we could ask for.Angel supports her community with love and respect. We saw it first hand. I cant wait to read her books, and looking forward to her coming to Ontario for her book tour. 10/5 for treating us like family, maybe better lol. Love, Sharon'

Inn on the Lake

"Positief: Gemakkelijk te vinden en niet ver van het vliegveld Halifax. Mooi gelegen aan het meer, genoeg parkeerplaatsen. Bedden prima. Kregen het idee van een beetje vergane glorie van de Inn. Negatief: Vreemd om een extra deposit te moeten betalen bij aankomst terwijl je de hele verblijfsom al hebt betaald. Ook vreemd dat de bar al om 20.00 uur dicht ging terwijl het restaurant dicht was. Tijd werd wel wat opgerekt, maar raar. Qua koffie serveren, alleen gewone koffie/americano, geen cappuccino of zo mogelijk. Deur badkamer sloot ook niet zo goed en koelkastje te koud om er insuline in te bewaren. Sommige dingen, zoals airco waren aan onderhoud toe."
