'Great house, wonderful amenities, great pool and patio.In the dark it is a little hard to find. Not lit or well marked and Apple Maps will take you to the neighbors driveway. It’s a small thing but I do wish there were some lights on in the yard when checking in (in my case in the dark). '

'This house checked all the boxes online and exceeded expectations in person. It was so inviting, the decor was beautiful without being too formal. Plenty of beds, comfy beds, kitchen fully stocked, easy to use technology and remotes for hot tub. We were a girls weekend but the house is stocked for families and/or couples. The office was so responsive when questions asked! Highly recommend! '

'Incredible work of art, lovingly restored. Top notch furnishings and appliances, nostalgic decoration throughout. Enjoyed the juke box, the back yard, firepit and grill. Great stay!'

'The house was a great oasis for us to stay in Round Top. The house was comfortable and had a wonderful outdoor space for everyone to hang out. We used the pool, fished, and ate outside together.The upstairs bedrooms are a little warm Igor us since it was July. Overall, a wonderful house to bring our family.'

'Our 1st annual Family Reunion and we wanted to make sure we had a large enough space to accommodate all the families along with plenty to do for all ages from 5 month old to 79 year old. This Ranch was absolutely fabulous and allowed everyone the opportunity to enjoy themselves with so much to do! We will definitely be back next Year!!'

'We got this house for a weekend getaway for my son 8th birthday . It’s a perfect house for a staycation . We loved the pool, volleyball was perfect for our family all we did was play games over and over . Loved they provided propane for the bbq pit and wood for the fire pit.
