'When I first check in the young lady was absolutely helpful we ask for handicap accessible room for my sister and she upgraded us to a different room she give us an early check in that worked perfectly because we had small dog. We received vouchers for breakfast. Later at night the kids wanted more blankets they brought more bedding sheets with no hassle the food in this resorts is better than anywhere else in the Dells Chula Vista you have gain a new customer. '

'What a great stay! Excellent stay! Perfect amenities… even for a 12 year old! Indoor pool was perfect and the hot tub was outstanding! Outdoor pool was fun in the sun! Sun deck was a neat touch and a great place to catch some rays or a relaxing night sky! The front desk staff was kind and inviting and very helpful! Check in was fast and easy and no hassle! What a gem on the edge of the downtown strip! A definite “yes” if considering this property!! '
