'Stayed in St John to spend time on the beaches and explore the area ruins. Our cabin was secluded and an excellent gettaway from everything. Loved every minute of staying there.'

'The house the roads to the house were very manageable (not a steep drive). The house was clean, had needed items, and had amazing views. Sitting on the deck was peaceful and hearing the ocean at night was a huge plus! Mosquitos in the house were annoying but two zappers were provided. The AC unit in the master started leaking water (annoying) by Dwight did what he could to get AC maintenance to the house. '

'The host Kevin is super Kevin’s place is fabulous and he and his manager Theresa were wonderfully communicative and helpful. I was the first guest and they were working to make sure everything was just right, and it was. It is a lovely spot with a great view and sea breezes. The house is very comfortable. 'Very special and sweet retreat. We had a lot of fun. The teahouse itself is so well crafted! we loved the view, outdoor shower and outdoor kitchen. We made dinner 5 out of 7 evenings and had breakfast several days. First visit to St. John, was not prepared for the drive up the hill to the property. We got use to it quickly, but it is a steep climb. Driving on the entire island is a challenge but worth it and kind of fun! Thanks for the beach gear and cooking supplies. 'We absolutely loved our stay at the Villa in Coral Bay. The absolute best views!! The villa was clean and had everything we needed. Loved having beach chairs/towels provided. I'm already dreaming of going back. Close proximity to a few really good restaurantes (Johnny lime is amazing, skinny legs good bar food), and Calabash market (we bought fresh fish and grilled it at the villa). 10/10 would recommend staying here! 'We LOVED our stay here! The porch / hot tub was a favorite every evening...perfect place to relax and watch the stars come out. Sunrise from the master bedroom was pretty hard to beat. The road up to the house is quite a journey but not unlike the rest of the island and totally worth the trek for the view!'

'we loved our stay here. It was so fun to hear the little goats come down every morning and drink from the pool. The location is great with a beautiful view of Coral Bay and the drive to Cruz Bay wasn’t too bad which we did quite often property was clean. I will say they do need to add some weatherstripping to the outdoor shower door as there were quite a few 6 and 8 legged critters getting in but thats island life! '

'We stayed at the end of March 2025! First, the host is top notch! She will give you all the advice you need for planning your trip! Take it and do your own research as there is soooo much to do within your limited time there. Also, Bob the grounds keeper is very friendly and helpful too! Location: you’re on Coral Bay, super convenient for those looking for adventure as you can access the whole island from the less populated side of the island and skip traffic heading to the north side beaches....

'My daughter and I had a great time exploring St. John and we definitely were glad to stay on the quieter side of the island. “Garden of Eden” was a great location for us, we could easily walk to Skinny Legs for dinner and a little further walk were other restaurants and coffee place.
