'The Jackson River Estate was the perfect getaway for our 2025 Family Reunion. The estate is very spacious and provides magnificent views. There is river access but the water is cold. The pool and slide were a big hit! Cole’s Point (beach), the humpback bridge and waterfall were super close and great excursions. This location is great for families that like to be outdoors…hiking, fishing, kayaking…Check-in/out was super easy. Although we heard there might have been a bear, there was no sighting....

'visited with my girlfriend and Lynne went out of her way to accommodate us. it’s just a simple cabin, not a hotel room, but the listing was completely clear about all the details. it was exactly what we were looking for. the cabin was comfortable and the view is worth the whole thing.'

'We recently stayed at Bellview cottage to attend a family member's wedding. The house is in a great location. Plenty of room and very clean. We all enjoyed the putting green out back too! I would highly recommend this home. '

'THe Best! They thought of everything! Coffee, Hot Chocolate, First Aid Kit, New Toothbrushes and paste which we didn't use, but how thoughtful. Beautiful location, rolling hills,. on Jackson River. Clean as a whistle, decorated superbly! We will be back! Oh, and Gary and Pam go out of their way to make sure you are happy/Nicest people in the world'

'Came up for a few days for some recreational activities at Lake Moomaw. We absolutely enjoyed our stay at the cottage. It felt like home with all the amenities. The nearby creek and the fenced in back yard was a plus. The king size bed was absolutely WONDERFUL. The best nights of sleep I've had in years lol. The host was amazing! She gave us suggestions for food and attractions to visit. She told us to call anytime for anything. She was so very sweet and friendly. A jewel she is. ...

'This was an amazing cottage. My boys, our pups, and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was stocked with everything we needed for both fun and relaxation. We loved the bench swings, hammock, and the reading barn for relaxation, and there were plenty of kayaks and canoes to choose from for fun. The host was very helpful and available when/if needed. There was some bad weather on our first night, and he even called to check on us the next morning. We will definitely be back!'

'Beautiful location. Very clean and comfortable. Hosts were very quick to respond to questions and needs before and during our stay. Kitchen is well equipped for most cooking needs. We used the gas and charcoal grills, both are well maintained. Perfect for a quiet getaway away from it all. '

'Beth thought of everything. We had such a nice time sharing meals around the table and relaxing on the porch. The boys loved the river beach and the kayaks. Caught some catfish. Everything inside was clean and confortable! '

'After I small set back upon arrival our stay was wonderful. It's everything you want in an old farmhouse that has been very well updated from kitchen and bathroom supplies to linens and comforters everything is provided. Outdoor fireplaces and acres to explore. We were there for work but hoping to come back when we have more time to enjoy this beautiful home.'
