'Excellent staff. The room was a bit warm because the sun hits the room all afternoon, but we were out for the day. Maybe bring a small fan for the night to help out the a/c. It was a hot July day and a/c was working overtime. Comfortable bed. No amenities but there is a community pool down the street you can use for a small fee. Breakfast-you might want to eat out but we managed. Eggs and heated vegetables, and you have to look for the breakfast area or you’ll miss it. Okay for an overnight...

'Satisfactory.'

'ongeïnteresseerd, onaardig personeel. Redelijke kamer. Enigszins gehorig, maar het was niet echt druk. In de omgeving is niets. Maar dan ook echt: niets.'

'Great experience'

'Hello! It's a great place to stay. Close to the downtown area and across the street from a great bakery. We have stayed here in the past and always come back when in the area. Thanks!'

'Clean, well located for our planned activities. Coffee and snacks appreciated.'

'Great stay. Really enjoyed it.'

'Elaine is a great host, very communicative & strives to make sure you have everything you need and more! Great location, close to everything.'

'It was perfect for our stay with our pup. We felt right at home the moment we walked in the door, and it had everything we needed. The location was terrific for activities with family members staying at the Homestead and for taking in the other sights in the area. The host was very responsive to our questions and also very knowledgeable about the town and surrounding places. We would definitely book again.'

'A nice little pet friendly cottage very close to the lake and beaches.'

'Pat's apartment is super conveniently located to the downtown Main Street in Hot Springs - right above a few restaurants, its easy access by foot to things is great. We did hear music starting early in the morning from downstairs each morning and the streetlights are bright throughout the night and shine through the shades to the bedroom. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay very much! Convenience is key for this listing...'

'We had originally booked the studio apt for Jan 9 to visit an elderly parent - a family emergency came up and we had to move our visit to as soon as possible - the owner kindly allowed us to transfer the booking to an earlier date, the 5th (the day after my distressed call) at the cottage instead so other family members could stay as well. Owner is not local, so apparently did not know that the cottage was not quite prepared for guests- it was clean, but not stocked and had some repairs going...
