Room was very nice with kitchenette but we noticed it needed vacuuming and cleaning do ceilings fans and bathroom vent. We were on first floor but friends were on third floor, deck was hug e any awesome as well!'

'The place is great. We had a nice townhome with a lake view and a private hot tub room. There are 2 separated entities managing this property Breezy Point and Capital Vacations with very poor communications between the 2. If you are bringing a boat you deal with Breezy Point, but Capital Vacations doesn't tell you that. You have to park your boat trailer at a separate location not a big deal, but no one tells you anything. You have to pick the staffs brain, and they are so micromanaged they...
