'Het is een klein en dus intiem hotel. Na de eerste keer ontbijt ken je zo'n beetje iedereen en het geeft een soort amicale sfeer die erg prettig is. Het management bevordert de interactie van de gasten met elkaar door elke avond een bescheiden happy hour te organiseren. Dan kun je met elkaar de dag de revue laten passeren en tips uitwisselen over restaurantjes in de stad. De kamer was netjes schoon en de bedden heerlijk. Rustig. Goede airco, fan, koelkastje en satelliet TV. We zouden hier...

'The location of this condo to Cruz Bay is wonderful. The Condo was clean, air conditioning was nice and cold and check in was easy. They provide you with beach towels, chairs, coolers and floaties. The staff is wonderful and very helpful. I would highly recommend staying at Coconut Coast Villas. '

'One night stay here. Cute boutique hotel convenient to the ferry and Cruz Bay restaurants. Beach chairs, towels, etc. were complimentary and really appreciated! Didn’t try the complimentary continental breakfast. Karen and David were fantastic hosts, went out of their way to help us make the most of our short stay, with suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing. Deck was nice place to relax, with a very small pool.'
