'Continental breakfast is small. The food is great and reasonably priced if you go off the menu. Great location and great staff.'

'Pros: Perfect location to shops, restaurants and ferry. Good free breakfast, coffee, water, oatmeal, fruit, muffins and yogurt for breakfast. Nice breezy patios to sit and relax. The beach chairs offered were a great touch too. Cons: Went to lay down for bed and there was sand leftover from previous guests, yet they rushed over to change the sheets. The rooms are small, the shower is tiny but, its a comfy stay. '

'Very friendly hosts, Angelica and Ben, and exactly as described online. The room was very clean and the bed was comfortable. There was a self service laundry room and an honor bar if u need a water or a beer or sunscreen. Wi-Fi was great averaging about 60 mbps. The kitchenette worked great, even had an oven and microwave. 'Great location to Cruz bay and restaurants, shopping etc.. The villa was nice and views were outstanding. Staff was timely and courteous to our needs in ways they could be of assistance. Unfortunately we experienced several power outages (one over 24hrs) water outages and no internet connection for most of our trip. Although power outages and internet were of no ones fault, there needs to be measures put in place ex generators or power walls and upgrade to internet and availability before we...

'Perfect place to stay! You can easily catch a cab to get home, but steep walk to town is fine. Amazing host and very accommodating and easy to communicate with. They let us drop our bags before check in! Clean space, and AC works great. Lovely outside deck with a table to enjoy the outdoors- even saw hummingbirds! The water pressure is great, but only hot for a few minutes, but expected on an island. Would stay again!'
