'Coconut Coast Villas was an excellent place to stay in St. John! The water view was amazing, and the property managers were available and communicative the whole time. We were provided with a detailed guide of various places on the island for snorkeling and dining. We can't wait to go back, rooms were clean , location was great , we walked to town to shop and had a car as well.'

We would watch iguanas eating tropical flowers on the treetops and parakeets flying back and forth. The interior was great too, with a great kitchen and comfortable furnishings.'

The unit included all of the little things needed, from beach towels/chairs/coolers to shampoo and conditioner, and even a clothes steamer! There was a guide book that was very helpful for instructions for the unit and recommendations for the town. We enjoyed many evenings on both balconies, soaking in the beautiful views. 'Mayling’s property is brand new, completely redone. We stayed on the ground unit. The tile is beautiful and has great bathrooms. The kitchen is nice..we did not cook but the space is comfortable. Smart TVs in all three rooms. This is a nice unit that feels new. Mayling also left us plenty of towels, paper towels, toilet paper, even beach chairs that we did not use, as we had our own. 'This was a lovely property (although the driveway was intimidating but I'm sure most are on the island)! Everything was just as listed. Beautiful outdoor seating to enjoy the trees and flowers and roosters in the morning. The host responded to my message in a timely manner. The last night we were there, there was a party until 4am that kept waking us up. Other than the final night, things were great! Loved having beach chairs to take with us during our stay. We loved St. John and would stay here...

'The address is 13C Contant road. It is one half of the upper floor of the building. New construction going up in the neighboring property. Expedia's map has the location on the wrong part of Contant road. The road is quite steep. Backing out and turning around takes practice. Otherwise, the facility is good & clean. We appreciated the cooler, the beach towels and chairs, etc..'

'Everything you need!! Beds were comfortable. Full kitchen! Short walk to Cruz Bay and taxis- no need to get a car. The kitchen cabinets were old, some tile in the bathroom was broken, otherwise in excellent condition. If these small things were fixed, I bet Mr. Prince could get 500- 800 a night, which is typical for Cruz Bay! 'I needed to go to St. John to go to the last of 63 National Parks. This unit fit the bill for me as it was close to Cruz Bay and had off street parking. The unit is a bit small and dated. The team was wonderful to work with and communicated with me extremely well. They even drove me to the unit from the ferry, I chose to walk back when leaving.'

'Everything you need is in the unit. Easy walk downhill to the Cruz Bay area. Off street parking is nice to keep rental car safe. Forego the high end resort fees for amenities you would not use and put that money towards a rental car so you can explore all the great places or hire a boat to take you to those places you can’t access via car.'

'Property was conveniently located for easy access to the harbor and restaurants and shops. The veiw from the balcony was great for sunsets. The room was really nice. But, the kitchen did not have a stove. After looking through all cabinets we found they have a single burner and a separate grilled that worked just fine. '

'Wonderful set up for two people. Very accommodating host. I reported coffee pot had an issue the first night, and a replacement was waiting at the door when I woke up. We used stove to cook in most nights. No grill, so plan accordingly. A/C in bedroom makes it very comfy. NiceKitchen and bath/shower. Be forewarned you definitely need a 4wd, and put it IN 4wd, to get up the hill…and hill can be slick after rain, so time it well. A view that overlooks car ferry area. Oh, and no need for alarm...

'Great place for 2 people. About a 15 minute walk to Cruz Bay. Steep driveway, but had no problems in our jeep or with walking it. Great if you don’t want to pay for downtown parking and like a good walk after dinner. May was great and we would stay again! :)'

'It took several hours to find this unit because none of the taxi drivers knew where it was. Tried to call owner and daughter said she would call back but never did. Some other tourists who were staying in the unit we were dropped off at helped us find the correct unit that we were supposed to stay in which was about a mile from where we were first dropped off by a taxi. There were no taxis available to transport us any where. Even the ones in the unit guide book were not available to take us...
