'Our stay at Arc was outstanding from meeting our BookVI host at the house for a walkthrough to the house itself. The kitchen & great room were large and more than accommodated our party of six. Kitchen was well appointed with all types of serving ware, pans, utensils and appliances. Pool was crystal clear, warm and had multiple chairs & floats. There was an issue with the hot water that was quickly rectified. The house came equipped with everything we needed. I will definitely stay here again.'

'Excellent communication and service from the host Scott. Villa was cleaned at a high level by the housekeeper which is not always the case at other villas. View, pool and other amenities were also excellent. Overall, they know what they are doing and I would rent there again.'

'We had a great stay. A little snafu upon check in- the property had not been thoroughly cleaned, but the property manager rectified it quickly. Appreciate the prompt responses of the property manager and the unit was clean and ready for us in about 45 minutes. Super cute villa and VERY convenient. Really only con was the noise of traffic late at night. If you bring ear plugs or a noise machine you can mitigate some of that noise. Overall a wonderful girls weekend!'

We were surprised that the whole house was not air conditioned. I did not see where it was only the bedrooms anywhere in the VRBO listing.
