'I called 1 week prior to our stay it was maybe our 3rd time at this property and we were there on a Wednesday in May it was not busy at all, I had asked for a quiet room away from elevator on the top floor when we got there they gave us a handicapped room next to from desk right by the elevator also cars park right up to the window I questioned the girl and she said they were full. I know that was not true, When you are driving 8 hour days and you are a Senior you really hope for a good nights...
