'The room was ok, then cleaners came only once during our stay. She was rude. She didn’t clean the shower at all. She didn’t replace the toilet paper roll even though it had finished and she didn’t clean the table despite me asking her. The tea mug had lipstick stain on them.'

'I’ve never stayed in a hotel quite like this one. Luxury, attention to detail, fantastic staff and wonderful rooms. There was an issue thru the booking site that messed up our room but the hotel staff fixed it immediately. 10/10 would stay again! Loved it. The area had a lot to offer as well. Easy to navigate. '

'We stayed here for Junior Golf camp. The staff was amazing. Everyone was friendly and that made our visit worthwhile. The pool was nice and the breakfast always had fresh coffee. Thanks for having us and we will be back.'

'Hotel room was even nicer and more spacious than online pictures. Bathroom was great with all the Dove products to use. I didn’t even have to unpack the stuff I brought. Needed a microwave and they brought one right up to the room. Plenty of eating options within walking distance. Only thing I would suggest is when you check in make sure to find out where to park. It is across the road but super close and plenty of spots. Would definitely stay again!! '

'This was absolutely an amazing stay, the atmosphere is very welcoming and the staff accommodated for my sick dog that we came to Urbana to get treatment for. They made this the easiest part of our trip , especially Trisha and Beau, they are so sweet ! We did have a bad storm pass through and there was a safety alarm going off for quite a while, which was annoying but nothing to do about it.
