Verder alles wat je normaal verwacht plus een zwembad en whirlpool. En een heel vrolijke mevrouw die het ontbijt regelt. Een heel mooi begin van mijn volgende dag.'

'Amazing, the photos do not do it justice, lovely cosy cottage a home from home and fully equipped. Great location, short walk to village incl pubs and chippy, also access to walks (which pass through livestick fields so dogs on leads). Grizedale forest was a short drive away with really good (long & short) walks, better for dogs off leads. '

'An absolute gem! Beautiful B&B, lovely quiet location with nice views, safe (and free) on site parking, gorgeous breakfast but most of all the friendliness and kindness of the staff. Thank you Michael and colleagues for making our stay a wonderful experience, we will be back!'

'Lovely hotel which was very comfortable and right up our street. We only had breakfast which was plentiful and very nice. The best bit for us was the location of the hotel which was just fab -walks from the door and a couple of pubs in walking distance.'

'Prima hotel! Ik verbleef voor een nachtje. De faciliteiten zijn enorm verouderd maar het bed ligt heerlijk, de douche is lekker en het personeel is lief! (Oh en het ontbijt is echt top!!!!).'

'Een zeer charmant hotel in typische UK-stijl. Alles was top! Ik kan dit hotel zeker aanbevelen. Ook een ideaal hotel voor mensen die hun hond graag mee op vakantie nemen. En een ideale plaats als vertrekpunt voor tal van wandelingen. Enige minpuntje is dat er geen airco op de kamer is. Maar dat is in de meeste manors niet te vinden. 😉 Dus enkel bij zeer tropische temperaturen zou ik een andere locatie zoeken. '

'Got a last minute deal and was then upgraded. Very comfy bed, quiet room wifi worked well , refurbished shower hot and strong. Breakfast was plentiful and delicious . Minimal staff tried hard and very friendly. '
