'Beautiful hotel, old building which has been done up to a really high standard but you still see the classy almost castle like feel of it. Staff were very friendly and kind. I really enjoyed the decor in the room and around the hotel, the spacious room and extremely comfortable bed. Only slight problem was the radiators filled with water at 6am and it woke us both up from the noise untill I had to get out of bed and turn off. Was quite upset about it but receptionist seemed surprised so assume...

'Great experience here. Facilities are great, spa fantastic, views even better, breakfast and other food options are just right. Rooms were and other interiors are clean and very well presented. Parking is by the door and easy accessed. If I’m being really picky (didn’t impact stay) - clearly making improvements so the outside had a lot of building equipment around made outside look a little scruffy and the spa area needed a bit of a tidy during the day as a bit of glassware left lying...
