'Excellent site with lots of things to do. The accomodation was clean and very airy. The location was ideal for us as it was near the end of Conningsbury runway which was one of main reasons for our visit. Nice bars, a little pricey, but a good choice of ale's and cocktails. No late partying which was good. Great location for all of the various visitor sites and airfield's. Good for getting to Lincoln also.'

'I would highly recommended this caravan. The site & caravan are easy to find. The caravan was very clean, finished to a very high standard, very pet friendly, ideal & safe for both pets & children with access from both doors to a veranda that has a lockable gate to ensure they can't leave the property alone. Its was very quiet, & the beds were very comfortable, best caravan I've ever stayed in. Large American fridge freezer & built in washing machine which would be ideal for families & the bonus...

'Asked for sea veiw, didnt get it. single room(314) very small, en suite not great broken sink plug, very small basin and a very uncomfortable toilet. Have had much better accomodation for less money. Breakfast was good but nothing special. Bar mostly unattended, a note saying go to reception if you require service. Generally disapointed so would not stay again. On the plus side a lovely building and good location. A shame as i was so looking forward to it.'

'Nice room, comfortable bed, friendly staff. Nice large car park. Still not doing breakfast ,and no reasteront. Lots of takeaways close by and you can eat it in the bar.'

'Perfect location, but rooms desperately need renovation. No safety deposit, no refrigerator and nowhere to charge your phone, laptop etc.near beds. Only one power outlet on the other side of the room. Very good breakfast but only 1 coffee machine! Staff extremely helpful and friendly!'

'Hotel zelf was best redelijk, typisch Engels, niet helemaal meer bij de tijd maar beslist niet slecht. Bed was wel een minpunt, hard. Kamer was ruim. Ontbijt prima (tegen 9 GBP bijbetaling). En zeer fijn: goede gratis parking achter slagboom. Gelegen tegenover een kerk met gras. Mijn grootste twijfel was de plaats Grimsby zelf waar dit hotel midden in staat. Wat is dat een enge plaats, vooral als de winkels dicht zijn. Opvallend veel obscure, luide types op straat, en geen politie te bekennen...

'L'hôtel est idéalement situé, non loin d'un axe principal tout en étant au calme. Proche de Lincoln, il permet d'aller visiter la Ville sans problème. La possibilité de balades le long de l'eau y ajoute du charme. Parking facile et restaurant-bar dans le même complexe.'
