'Lux verblijf prima bedden. Echter defecte TV en afvoer van wasbak. Problemen waren snel verholpen maar hadden aan de voorkant voorkomen kunnen worden. Locatie is nogal afgelegen.'

'It’s a deserted, a haunted place where only drug addicts may feel happy. Rooms are having bad smells, poor quality of furniture. It is not worth to stay. Don’t try it, you will repent. We cancelled our booking upon seeing all these conditions. Go better to the nearby travelogue. '

'Het hotel is wat gedateerd, maar de kamer was keurig netjes en heel belangrijk: we hadden een HEERLIJK bed. De kamers zijn verschrikkelijk gehorig, maar dat komt waarschijnlijk omdat het hotel wat gedateerd is. Er is niets om je aan vast te houden als je het bad in- en uit stapt om te douchen. Voor ouderen kan dit zeer zeker een probleem zijn.'

'My mum and I had a wonderful stay at this gorgeous hotel. It’s set around a beautiful, tranquil courtyard garden with a Koi fishpond. The room was lovely, clean, fresh and quiet. The owner is adorable, friendly and couldn’t do enough to accommodate us including a last minute room change to a family room. I will definitely be staying here again. If I could give you 10*s, I would. Congratulations on a perfect hotel. '

'This is an outstanding property in a quiet, picturesque part of Stoke-on-Trent (the village of Barlaston). Morgan at Reception on Tuesday afternoon 15/7/25 was fantastic… very helpful, very pleasant! Dinner was very nice…and the wait staff pleasant and efficient! Our room was well appointed and beds very comfortable, with a nice ensuite and shower. This property exceeded our expectations! We highly recommend this property!
