'Location was excellent and central to most of the activities around Tokyo. Will advise that the apartments next door are very close and you can hear through the walls. With regard's to conversations or people walking up and down the stairs. Our family of 4 with 2 children and 2 adults, had to be mindful with the noice level. 'とても可愛いらしいお部屋で快適に過ごせました。一つ何かあるとすれば雨が激しい時に数日泊まったのですが洗濯機の風乾燥機能では全く乾かずベランダにも干せないので洗面所の天井かエアコンに対して正面の位置に一箇所物干し用のフックみたいなのがあれば助かるのにな、と思いました。それ以外は静かで綺麗で便利で快適でした。'

'Property was clean. The owner answered my questions quickly. Recommend this place to stay as it is in a quiet suburban area that has easy access (5 minute walk) to a train line to the main stations. There is a laudromat, convenience store, and several restaurants close to location.'

'Highly recommend Kizen Villa! Location was great, very close to the subway station that can take you right into Shinjuku and other popular parts of Tokyo. The facility was very clean and the staff was so kind. We stayed as a family of 5 and it had all the amenities and space we needed. This location would be great for groups too. '
