'夜ご飯、朝食とても美味しくいただきました。 夜ご飯後のサービスの担々麺がとても嬉しく美味しかったです。 部屋に置いてあるドライヤーや、ウォーターサーバー、ロビーにあるフリードリンク、部屋の洗面所にペーパータオル、4人で泊まったので、歯磨き用コップは各々色違いで置いてあったり、細やかなサービスとても良く過ごしやすかったです。近くにコンビニがないのでアルコールはホテルの自販機でした、値段を安くして欲しいなぁと思いました。'

'Staying at this property was truly an incredible experience. My wife and I (American tourists visiting Japan for the first time) stayed here for 3 nights. The staff was so friendly, especially the wonderful staff in the 6th floor restaurant. Our room, a 12-tatami was spacious and comfortable with a great view of the lake and mountains. '初めて利用したましたが宿泊料金も安く、スタッフの方も親切で、サービスも良く、大満足でした。 初めて予約したので間違えてシングルユースで予約してしまったかと思ったのですが、この料金で２名で予約できており、チェックインの時に家族が杖だったのですがお部屋に段差解消のステップ台をお持ちしましょうかと声掛け下さったり、平日だったので夜はカレーのサービスがあると知り、至れり尽くせりでびっくりしました。 ぜひまた、次回も利用させて頂きます。'

'Overall, a peaceful escape from the city. This is a great place to stay for hiking, nature walks, bouldering and river activities. It's near the station and some bus stops too.
