'We stayed in a two bedroom apartment. It was very nice and clean. Also with fully furnished including washing machine. The rooms are very huge and comfortable. The balcony view is extremely wonderful. The breakfast is great. Highly recommended to stay.'

'Love everything about it. I get everything as described with the mountains view. Close to walking distance for places we wanted to go like food, massage etc. Nice n clean. We weren’t able to check in any earlier than 3pm, but they held our luggages so was ok. We went shopping and came back at 5pm to check in. The office for check in was quite a walk too that would be the only downfall. Not check in at the hotel building. But ok for us. Was just tired. Ok overall..love the hotel n space itself....

"De accommodatie was gekozen vanwege het feit dat we met een gezin ( met tieners) in een kamer konden verblijven. Een kamer met 2 slaapkamers. De schoonmakers maakten de bedden wel op als we daarom vroegen maar de rest van de kamer was niet echt schoon. De bedden waren te doen. Erg harde matras met een wat zachtere topper. Wifi gewoon goed,behalve tijdens onweer.Het meubilair is verouderd en vies. Net als in Europa drijft men op de kracht van de naam. Maar lijkt het vergane glorie. Wel centraal gelegen. Het ontbijt was zo zo, niet continentaal maar erg afgestemd op de regio. Dat is logisch natuurlijk en prima. Volgende keer gewoon een appartement huren in Kuala Lumpur is beter. Je verwacht van Pullman een bepaalde beleving en dat is er niet."

"Kuala Lumpur Journal Hotel in one word fantastic. The hotel is in a fantastic location, with everything around it. Something for everyone, shopping, good food, the evening market every day a party. The entire team of KL Journal Hotel is very friendly and helpful, even our anniversary has not been forgotten Thank you Rohaizad and the entire team for this unforgettable experience and surprise. We will not forget this. Another great plus of this hotel is that there is a free snack time between 3 and 5 pm, very nice of this hotel! and also if you have an early excursion, the team of this hotel ensures that you get a take-away breakfast. Fantastically arranged! I can recommend this hotel to everyone."
