'직원들 친절하고, 객실은 크고 침대 편안하고, 인터넷도 잘 되고 깨끗했는데ᆢ테이블 위에 기념일 추카 케익이 놓여 있었는데 개미들이 많아서 먹을 수 없었고, 여기저기 개미들이 많아서 음식들을 놓고 먹을 수 없었어요. 호텔 앞에 필리피노마켓이 바로 앞이라 생선비린내가 로비부터 진동을 했고, 욕실 변기가 계속 물이 세고, 욕조에 물이 세서 채워지지 않았어요. 직원이 수리 하고 갔는데ᆢ개선이 안되었어요~그거 말고는 괜찮았어요~^^'

'Rooms are very outdated, beds were uncomfortable, cockroaches in bathroom, ants colony in bedroom. Towels were not changed, even after use they’ve been put on the floor. The lobby is nice, as is the swimming pool, but the rooms look like they’ve been have neglected for 20 years (just like the gym). I would not go there again, the high prices are just ridiculous for this level of maintenance and state. No more than a 2 or 3 star hotel in my opinion, certainly no 5 star hotel, because of the state...

'Great hotel and service, But poor surroudings'

'Personeel super vriendelijk en behulpzaam! We hadden een kamer met zeezicht en dat is een absolute aanrader. Ontbijt is heerlijk en heel veel keuze. Ook de ligging aan de zee en toch in het centrum helemaal prima. Zwembad ook goed, helemaal met ondergaande zon en zee op de achtergrond. Wij komen graag terug!'
