'The hotel and facilities were amazing, and the staff was very nice and helpful. It is a bit away from any public transportation, but the hotel has a shuttlebus, we could use to get to the station, so that was convenient. We highly recommend going here for some relaxation and beautiful scenery. A hidden gem!'

'The hotel was at about 20 minutes from the station. First day we took a taxi for 740 yen. On our way back to Tokyo we wanted to use the hotel shuttle but this wasn’t possible and a taxi would take too long to get there, so we walked. This was a little too far, but the location itself was good during our stay. The beds in the hotel are very hard and so are the pillows. Th rest of the hotel was good, so no complaints there and overall we were satisfied.'
