'The hotel has a great location, within walking distance from Isawa Station, and there are several convenience stores nearby.
I enjoyed learning about the history of Isawa Onsen from the photo displays near the elevator. The story about hot springs suddenly flowing from vineyards in 1961 was especially interesting.
The Japanese-style room was nicely refurbished and very comfortable. I also appreciated the small thoughtful details, such as lending thin yukata ties .

'Beautiful stay, in a traditional looking Japanese hotel. All rooms seem to have Mt. Fuji views which. Was stunning. So does the Onsen. Reception area looks just renovated, very nicely done. Rooms in good condition too, same for spa area. Only area that still can be done is hallwaysz but then again who cares for these.
The staff is super kind and helpful, one of the best places we have stayed during our trip!'
