'The location is super convenient. It is only 35 mins away from KIX via airport express. There are 5 shopping malls within 5 mins walk, all the little streets around the hotel area has over hundreds of restaurants. Kuromon market is also only 5 mins away by walk if you want a different foody experience. The room itself has kitchen so we did grocery shopping in Kuromon and cooked a dinner. '子供2人と私でセミダブルひとつの部屋を予約していました。少し狭いけど安いし我慢だわと思っていたのですが、ソファーがベッドになる仕様になっていて、掛け布団とシーツもワンセット準備してくださっていました。これは本当に嬉しかったし助かりました。おかげで広々眠ることができました。子連れだとJRなんば駅から10分くらい歩きますが、清潔感もあるし、冷蔵庫も冷凍庫付きの2ドアのものがあるし、ポットやガウンもあります。個人的には靴を脱いであがるアパートスタイルなのが良かったです。清潔感も申し分ないしコスパ的には最高です。また予約したいと思います。'

'Stop maar maar met zoeken, dit is het beste hotel (zeker voor een gezin). De accommodatie heeft alles wat je nodig hebt en het personeel is echt geweldig. Hadden we MONday maar eerder ontdekt, dit was veruit ons leukste hotel in Japan. '

"Newer hotel, definitely not a 5 star hotel in room, service and breakfast quality. Bathroom smaller than one in Holiday Inn Express. Although rooms were paid in advance at arrival a relative high amount of bail was asked for and the small amount of tourist tax had to be paid directly and could not be put on the bill at check out. The architect who designed the room should be sent back to school, what a bunch of unpractical errors. In my case 5 star expectations were not met but had my expectations be towards 3 star it would be ok."

"Excellent location (shopping areas, public transport), friendly staff, great view from the room (33rd floor). Interior hotel and room design is getting a bit outdated and could use a refresh, including the bathroom. Would still recommend because of the positive items of this review."
