'This hotel is amazing and one of the best I have ever stayed in. The room was very spacious, modern yet traditional, comfortable, clean and the bathroom was superb - a large walk in shower and Japanese bath which was excellent with all the walking I had been doing. There is also a washer/dryer in room which is easy to use (instructions included) and was very convenient for the middle of my trip. The hotel has a beautiful reception and japanese garden area in the middle of the hotel. 100%...

'難波で観光をする為に家族で利用しました。ホテルや部屋に入る時はパスコード入力、チェックイン、アウトにQRコードをかざす等便利でした。(事前にホテルからメールが来る) お部屋も広くて内装も綺麗でした。駅から近いしコンビニもあるので便利！(裏にあるお店のたこ焼きが美味しかったです)また大阪に行く時は家族で利用したいと思います。 ※初めて部屋のドアを開ける時、扉が重くてなかなか開かずちょっと焦りました。'
