'My family and I stayed for a whole week here and it was amazing they responded to my requests super fast, it was spacious for a family of five. The bus stop is across the street so it was great for travel to the main places like Shibuya. We enjoyed our time there excellent place for a family of five or even for single people '

'Stayed 1 month (expended 2 weeks). all was just perfect. becouse flexstay clean yourself. walking distance alot market and drugstore. also 2 very good ramen places (1 best had visit japan) hotel itself just a gem (staff included) friendly and helpfull. space just like normal hotel room with exception coock also room and oven- microwave. neighberhood around hotel very nice except night not like centrum tokyo alot open but train 800m walk hotel or one 1.5km go very quick uneo or shinjuku etc. or...

'The location is excellent at just a 3 minute walk from the Yamanote line. The room was clean and as expected. The aircon worked well and keep cool overnight. The bed was comfy. If you're looking for a no frills, place to sleep and shower, and take off for the day, this is the place to stay at.'

'マンションを何部屋かホテルとして借り上げたかんじです。地下鉄駅目の前で道路に面しており車の騒音がダイレクト。階段しかなく、喋りながら階段を上がる他の部屋の客の声が室内に丸聞こえでうるさかった。トイレとシャワーは同じ風呂場にあり、仕切りや高低差なし。シャワー浴びる際は濡らさないようトイレットペーパーを外しておかないといけない。風呂場がとにかく臭い。風呂場用スリッパはキッチンのシンク下に入っていた。部屋は臭くない。トイレットペーパーの替えはなし。使い捨て歯ブラシと個包装のコットン&綿棒は机に沢山置いてあった。'

'The property is in a residential area so it is nice and quiet at night. Consequently, you need to be quiet yourself, but it makes for a perfect night time get away after busy days in the city. There are lots of restaurants in the area providing plenty of food options for lunch, dinner, or a late night snack. With heasy access to Hatsudai station, I highly recommended this stay as a home base for your Tokyo excursions. '

'We had a wonderful stay here, it's just one station from the busy Shinjuku station, which made it a wonderful place to travel from every day but at the same time it was very quit. The owner was very friendly and gave us some wonderful tips! The studio itself is very nice and well proportioned and has everything you need for your trip. We definitely recommend staying here!'

'Its a short walk to the nearest 7-11 for foodies. Nice, quiet area to feel comfortable away from the bustle. Please take notice that each occupant is provided one towel and washcloth so make sure you get laundry soap as it's not included in the stay. Also if you're unfamiliar with japanese bathrooms, it doubles as your dryer using the panel outside the bathroom door to dry your clothes. Be prepared to wash your sheets after a sweaty and exhausting day. It was annoying with only having a top...

"Een mooie plek om te verblijven in Tokyo. Op loopafstand van het centrum van Shinjuku en toch lekker rustig. Binnen 20 minuten sta je in het centrum, en als je liever met de metro gaat dan ben je er ietsje sneller. Een top hotel en een mooie plek. Heerlijk. We hebben er 7 dagen gezeten en hebben er geen spijt van. Wel een beetje krap, maar ja dat is alles hier in Japan. Heerlijk trouwens dat je een eigen wasmachine met ingebouwde droger hebt. Beter kan eigenlijk niet. Perfect!"
