'Staff fantastic. Small hiccup with payment due to new computer system. 3 floors, lift only goes to 2 floors so if you have mobility issue, let them know when you book. Car park is very tight- not the best. If you have a larger vehicle don’t expect to safely park up. '

'Its not the most stylish or modern of places to stay but it has a lovely feel to it. Staff are honest, i left my ear buds and they handed them in. The building is quirky but i was so relaxed with my kids cos there was nothing to break/damage. I could smoke on the balcony and no one cared. I will stay here again 100%'

'The hotel was in a great part of Edinburgh making it easy to walk places. We loved how the building fit in with old Edinburgh. The breakfast was delicious. Being able to store our luggage between checkout and when we caught the train gave us an extra half day in town. We definitely recommend to anyone planning a stay in beautiful Edinburgh, Scotland. '

'Absolutely lovely stay, the bed was so comfortable and the suite smelt beautiful. Lovely atmosphere and the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
