'Hotel is victorian and has a lot of character, some parts need a little updating. However staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was good. Room was spacious and clean, we had a great night's sleep but didn't opt for breakfast.'

'Emma and Dave were so friendly and helpful and nothing was too much trouble . It was so good having a kettle and a fridge in the apartment. A microwave would have been good, but I am not sure where it would have gone. Parking was easy as there was permit parking on the road, and permits were available on request. The Whalebone Arch is just a 5 minutes walk to the front, and there's loads of things to do, including an open top tour bus running throughout the day. Plenty of places to eat and...
