'We reserved a Spa Suite for $425 USD - upon arrival, the assigned room was tucked in the back corner of the property and was very, very tiny with a large tub on the outside deck - certainly not a room that should be advertised as a "suite". Even worse, the only view from the room/deck was looking at the backside of another building and the air conditioning units for each room. We asked to be moved to another room, but unfortunately, the property was completely booked so they could not move us....

'Easy access and close to centre and port by car.'

'Really enjoyed our stay here. Highlights were the amazing pool, the food in the restaurant (particularly the Indonesian night), the big rooms (although dated), beautiful trees and the rainforest walk through. I recommend 'Port Douglas premium transfers' to and from the airport - awesome driver. SR coaches cancelled on us. Port Douglas is incredible, the beach is so beautiful. Also a great cafe called St. Crispins a short walk from the resort with awesome food and coffee. We would come back and...

'Zeer ruim appartement met 2 slaapkamers en jacuzzi. Aardig personeel en een prachtig zwembad. Uitgebreid ontbijt. '

'It was great, exactly what I needed. Clean room, it can use an update though (don’t like the carpet for hygiënic reasons). Friendly staff, a list with restaurants, beautiful quiet environment and Nespresso coffee available in the room :)'

'Netjes resort en aardig personeel'

'Great place'

'Aan de rand van de 'main street' en dicht bij het strand'

'Het hotel is een plaatje! Mooier dan de foto's die je ziet. Zeer vriendelijk personeel. We konden al vroeg op de kamer. Ruime kamer voor 4 personen. Eigen douche en toilet. Grote gezamenlijke keuken. Aangename sfeer. Port Douglas is een super leuk en mooi stadje.'

'The perfect location! So easy to walk to the shops and beach. Direct access to the pool was also wonderful! Highly recommend, we had such a lovely stay!'

'Groot appartement met alle faciliteiten twee badkamers grote keuken zwembad in de voortuin en vriendelijk behulpzaam personeel'

'Goede ligging, keurige ontvangst. Mooi ontworpen villa's, prachtig ingericht. Sommige items reeds verouderd. Bijv. de ligbedden en keukenitems. Bijv. pannen niet te gebruiken. BBQ buiten werking. Een villa om tot rust te komen met genoeg ruimte voor iedereen. Verder golfterrein, tennisbaan en fitnessruimte. '

'It was in a good spot for easy access to the shops and also to the beach, though it took a bit of walking. It was very comfortable and had a washing machine and dryer just outside our door, which was handy. Small things were that one of the chair seats was a bit loose and the blind at the window became stuck. Otherwise it was a great place to stay.'

'Veel woonruimte met veel comfort. Tv' wasmachine, goed uitgeruste keuken. Ruime badkamer. Goed bed. Bij de receptie vind je allerlei aanvullingen om je verblijf te veraangenamen. Zo kun je gebruik maken van: Fietsen, paraplu's, strandstoelen en speelgoed, dvd's enz. '

'Fijne sfeer, goede service, mooi huis en ruim zwembad'
