Maintenance came and determined the wall unit thermostat was not working and the actual unit behind a piece of furniture was missing a temperature adjust knob. He was able to raise the temperature only...

'The property is covered in trash, and is under constant construction. The parking lot drains are clogged, so the cars are always under six inches of water. People leave dirty diapers by the elevators. Nobody services the rooms. You must book over two weeks to have your room cleaned once. The staff is always looking for a fight. They are aggressive and abrasive, and threaten to call the police to have you removed if you complain about an issue. This property is run like a prison and not like a...
