'Customer service people in the front were amazing, my room was great.Only problem was I found hair in the shower and poop.Smeared on the wall. The cleaning ladies started knocking on my door at 10am asked them for more time came back fifteen minutes later knocked again.So we just rushed to leave to check out, But check out was at 11. The pool was beautiful, but dang was a COLD. but overall it was great.'

'This property is an older hotel. It was clean, but the rooms need some updating.There are no ports to charge your phone, so bring a block with you in order to charge devices. There is a desk in the room to work which was nice. The carpet in our room needed to be cleaned, but overall the room, bedding, towels, bathroom was clean. The main complaint that we had was that we paid for breakfast on the Expedia site. The first morning we did get our breakfast. We had bacon, eggs, fruit and toast and it...

'Rooms where half done. Tile grout in shower was done halfway and not done correctly. Numbers sequence was off, all over the place going from 178 to 198 and back to 180. Had me going around property several times around the whole property to find the right room. Room doors where damage and broken in this hotel was a disgrace and a big problem'

'In dit hotel was alleen valet parkeren. Eigenlijk parkeren we liever zelf onze auto maar het is goed gegaan. Zelfs onze koffers werden uit de auto gehaald en naar boven gebracht. We hebben geen gebruik gemaakt van het zwembad. Het zag er klein uit. De kamer was prima. We hadden mooi uitzicht en alles was schoon. Het bed zag er niet top uit maar sliep wel goed.'
