'We rented the place for the jacuzzi and to relax, but the experience was the opposite. The room was in terrible condition: water was leaking from under the toilet, and the jacuzzi handle was broken. We reported the issues, but no one ever came to fix it..... It was a bad experience; I do not recommend this hotel.'

'Staff in the office were pleasant and helpful. Nice beach for guests. Air conditioning worked great. Room size was good but everything needs updating. 3 floors with no elevator. Stain on linens(bedding/towels). Wall lamp with no plug- just the wires hanging at the end. Dirty towel still behind bathroom door. Could list more but you get the idea.'

'The first room they gave us had 2 double beds, not queens and should have been condemned. The host kindly gave us a better room that needed sweeping (but up here sand is everywhere). Breakfast was a pot of coffee and a bowl of plastic wrapped blueberry muffins, but a BOGO 1/2 off coupon at the most expensive place in town. Ugh, the beach with the pigeon crap and broken loungers. I doubt the pool was up to Health Department standards as it was disgusting and no place to take a shower or use the...

'This property had a few very good aspects. The location was excellent, near all the sites, good restaurants and beautiful scenery. It was right on the beach with a perfect lake view. Amazing sunrises. The room was large enough with nice beds and adequate space. However, there were some real negatives. The first room we were given had a toilet with not enough pressure to flush properly and a screen door to the patio facing the lake which was both ripped and stuck so it could not open or close all...
