'A late arrival in hotel (20:45) and while hotel claims to have 4 restaurants, I was told when checking in that the kitchen of the restaurant (one!) was open until 21:00. This was an o.k. Restaurant for pizza in the next-door mall.'

'4 yön majoitus villassa. Huoneiston kunto erinomainen, sänkypatjat liian pehmeät. Keittiöstä löytyi kaikki tarvittava, keittiöveitset kaipaisivat teroitusta. Loistavat ulkoilumahdollisuudet. Majoituksen hintaan sisältyvä aamiainen monipuolinen .'

'Huoneisto hyvässä kunnossa ja siisti. Huoneistossa oli 2 makuuhuonetta, olohuone-minikeittiöllä, pesuhuone 3 suihkulla + wc:llä ja erillinen wc. Hyvät sängyt petivaatteineen. Rauhallisella sijainnilla ja hyvällä paikalla. Tullaan ehdottomasti seuraavallakin kerralla tähän!'

'Rannan puolella hotellikokonaisuutta tämä Lappeenrannan historiaan kuuluvan kylpyläkulttuurin todellinen helmi. Jos haluat maksimaalisen kokemuksen niin pyri käymään kylpylässä alkuillasta ennen muita (sisään otetaan kuulemma hyvin rajoitettu määrä että ahdasta siellä ei koskaan ole). 'We had a really fantastic stay. Appartment included sauna. Windows had mosquito nets, so if you want to sleep with windows open rather than use the airco, that's also possible. Communication with host Jema was very friendly and helpful. Only bad thing was the weather :-), but in this appartment that is not a problem. '

'Leuke plek, veel activiteiten en aardig personeel. Maar erg slecht schoongemaakt. Het huis stonk naar natte hond. En inchecken vanaf 17uur. Om 18uur ingecheckt en het huis was nog niet klaar. 1930 sleutel opgehaald en in een vies huisje terrecht gekomen. Hondenharen overal, plakkerige handgrepen. En ontlasting van de vorige bezoekers aan de toiletborstel. Erg jammer!'

'This is a lovely home in a stunning location, with sweeping views of a very nice lake. The villa is very well designed and was very clean. The sauna is large and very nicel--since it is connected to the bathroom, its residual heat makes the room nice and warm. The supplies are all first rate--lots of Ikea, although not overy generous.
