'The owner, Mr Kamal, let us know that the hotel will be getting renovations soon. The hotel was already good but it will be a GREAT stay soon. Maggie, Aahmaryiah, Mr. Peter, and Chloe were essential staff that made our stay WONDERFUL!! they were very helpful and assisted us when needed. The breakfast is a “full” breakfast and it was presented fresh and tasted great.'

'The hotel was on very bad shape. On top of that, the rooms were filthy. The first room I got, had a variety of foodrests on the floor, from meats to fruits. Also the curtains were torn. I complained and got a new room, which should be better. It was a little better but still unacceptable filthy. The lady behind the desk was genuinely nice and apologized. By checking out the next day I was asked if everything was ok, and I said no, and explained why. The reaction was only: I’ll discuss it with...

'DO NOT STAY HERE. WE FOUND BED BUGS IN THE BED. We left shortly after checking in. The desk attendant said he doesn't know how to do refunds and his manager will do the refund when he got back in office. I called and was refused a refund.'

'Nasty. We left and went to another hotel. Gaps in the door, reeked of smoke, blood on the walls, counters not wiped. We reeked of smoke after sitting in there for only 7-8 minutes.'

'The room was disgusting……the sheets had stains the tub/shower was dirty. The towels smelled moldy. The room was supposed to be non smoking, but it smelled like cigarette smoke. The walls are paper thin. I could hear the people in the next room talking…..just talking….it was that bad. I was suppose to stay two nights, but I left after one. I highly recommend not staying here if you are in the area!'
