'I booked a tour through the hotel, which included transportation. We were driven to the tour site, located approximately one hour from our hotel. However, when we arrived, we were informed that the tour had been cancelled.
The driver took us back to the hotel, but we were still charged for the transportation. The hotel should have informed us of the cancellation before we were taken all the way to the site, especially considering the distance involved.
We raised the issue with the hotel...

'When you are looking for a luxurious and tropical destination, Tokoriki is the place to go! The cottages are beautifully decorated and all have seaview. The pool is stunning and is the perfect place to enjoy sunset with a nice cocktail. Staff is extremely friendly. The resort offers different trips around the island, the free daily snorkelling trips were great. Overall experience was excellent, but don't expect Michelin star quality food.'

'The staff here were absolutely incredible and went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed. Everyone was so friendly, welcoming, and genuinely helpful throughout our entire stay. The place was spotless, the scenery was beautiful, and the food was amazing. We honestly couldn’t recommend this place enough!'
