'This is our 4th time coming back to stay in Mandarin Plaza Hotel when we are in Cebu City. Fantastic location, just accross the Ayala Malls. The customer service assistance is excellent. All the staff we encountered are very friendly, helpful and accomodating. The rooms are very clean, too! 'A bit older hotel, but super friendly staff. The rooms could use a bit updating but they are absolutely clean. Varied breakfast, small but nice pool. We also loved the atmosphere in the hotel.
Try to book a Millennium Club room, then you are on the 9th floor and have a separate checkin and access to the lounge.
The hotel is located at walking distance of the Mall of Asia. They also offer a free shuttle at stipulated times.
The distance to the airport is also a pro.'

'After a bad start by staff busy at lock of our door the manager solved the problem and offered us a free ride to the busstation m We stayed for 3 nights and cleaning as well as staff was very satisfying. Will come back for sure. '
