'We came to the Clemson area to see our son and attend the Savannah Bananas game. This property was a wonderful place to stay. A nice quiet neighborhood. A playground in the area if you have children. There was a nice sitting area on the front porch for morning coffee and watching the world go by. 'Beautifully appointed boutique property. Huge common area with table seating for 12, couches, arm chairs and a massive TV. Our room had two king sized beds with incredibly comfortable memory foam topped mattresses. Bathroom was also really big with a soaking tub. Owner was very responsive. Access via codes was seamless. 10 minutes from campus on a quaint Main Street with lots of dining options. Very reasonably priced given that the local hotels gouge you on Clemson event weekends. 'This cottage was as described. It was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. We were there on a girls trip for an event at Clemson University. Location was ideal and easy to get to and from our event. Located in a quiet, safe neighborhood. Wound definitely stay here again. '

'We booked this bungalow for our family to attend our granddaughter’s graduation from Clemson. The location was ideal—just a short drive to and from Clemson for the ceremony and other festivities—and great for walking to downtown Seneca to restaurants and shops. The owners were so kind and left us a wonderful bottle of wine to celebrate with! The bungalow had ample room for the 6 of us to sleep, eat, and watch TV comfortably. 'Wow doesn’t even cover it. The owner greeted us when we arrived. She was absolutely lovely and helpful. The place is stunningly beautiful. We will only stay there when we visit Athens to watch our beloved Georgia Dawgs!!! Close to everything and you totally get the college town vibes. The Athenian is worth every penny. 'The house was Just perfect. Bedroom and bath layouts were perfect for adult couples or in our case. Close friends and adult daughters. Big dining areas and great deck. We rented their pontoon as well. Brought right to the dock. Easy! We had planned on doing pancakes but there was not any kind of griddle or flat bottom slick pan. I asked owner where a Walmart was so I could get one. She brought us a perfect one from her own stash. So very nice. We hope to come back in 3 years when we plan another...

'Great house. Stayed there for the UGA graduation. 30 minute drive to campus. Surprised it was a double yellow lined road. But happily still a quiet street. Walked in house to find zen music and aromatherapy scents. Very nice touch. '

'Plenty of space for our family of 4 and 2 dogs to fully enjoy our long stay. The beds are comfortable. Very spacious ensuite with a large closet & laundry room. Lots of places to sit, relax and enjoy the surrounding woods. We saw deer roaming everyday. Its in a very nice secluded location. We were staying due to construction happening at our home, but this place felt like a vacation.'

'This is a wonderful property on the shores of Lake Hartwell. Immediately upon walking in, the house was cozy, inviting, and felt like home. The decor and dishes all drip with charm. If you are looking for peaceful relaxation with a gracious host, this is the place. '

'The view is worth everything. It is a small space inside but perfect for a weekend couple's getaway and plenty of view to relax outdoors. We also LOVED that it was so dog friendly/accomodating, we would stay here again for this perk alone. Hiking right down the road was also super convient. '
