'Cleaning has to be made with more detail. Alot of small trash on corners and lot of hair in bedsheets.'

'At check in we were told that there was no room for us. The reason was that the rooms had not been cleaned that day. After review they were able to find a room. Not sure if it had actually been cleaned or just straightened up. The person behind was was turned away because their room was not cleaned We did not get the room we booked with the number of beds requested but at least there was a room.'

'The room was musky and dirty. The air conditioning unit was off so it took a while for the room to get to a relatively comfortable condition. The shower walls had dirty hand marks on them. The towels were yellowish instead of white. Just a poor experience, will never stay there again.'

'Office was closed ,The ladie that was working the front desk had an attitude, like she was being bother by the customer getting yhe room she had dogs inside the office, the room was dirty, the furniture was real old , the sheets old and dirty, the TV remote had no batteries on it, the toilet was plugged.. its was horrible I would never book a room any more there ..'

'We arrived to the place around 9 pm and the office doors were locked. You have to ring the bell, she took forever and the place was so dark. When she finally got to the office the clerk was in such as very bad mood. Expedia said breakfast included, but when I asked about breakfast hours she said there's no breakfast.'

'Front office didn’t have nobody there. Had to call and wait for someone to arrive. Got to the room and didn’t have towels. Had to call again and wait for them to come back. Asleep next morning at 8am an employee just opens the room and starts to enter. Horrible experience.'
