'We enjoyed the ease of getting in and the ease to find the cabin once on the grounds ease of getting into the cabin. The cabin was good. It was small, but we kind of expected that could’ve used a couple more rugs because of the cold weather to help with Feet not being cold. What we didn’t care for was there’s a lot of people who live there so in some parts of the camp ground it just looks like a junkyard like when I took the dogs for a walk. There’s a trailer house with four cars in front of it....

'This is an absolutely beautiful home. Well appointed and very comfortable. I was sorry we could only stay for one night! Would love to return in the summer to utilize the fabulous deck and outdoor amenities! The host was very accommodating to our needs and I cannot be more complimentary. It is close to available restaurants, groceries and the interstate. Very secluded and quiet. '

'We stayed Dec. 26 - 31st. Greeted by a small Christmas tree in the living room. Was nice touch as we didn't put up a tree at home this year because we would be traveling. Upstairs has a wonderful area to play cards and we enjoyed playing cards in the evening. 2 horses were board at this location so didn't let our city pup run off lead with the horse poop we have a shih tzu long hair and didn't want to be in bathing the pup... But there was plent area to walk the pup on lead.Sites we saw was...

'The Gridley House is gorgeous! It is exactly as pictured and a pleasure to stay in. Everything was wonderful! The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms are spacious and clean, the kitchen has everything needed for cooking, and the outdoor patio and balcony are perfect for morning coffee and tea. The atmosphere is comforting and the surroundings are picturesque. You will not find another house or property in the area quite like this one. This estate has it all! History, beauty, spacious...truly...

'Wonderful property. Large rooms, comfortable furniture, excellent amenities. Photos of outside were a bit misleading - entering with handicapped individuals would be nearly impossible.'
