'Host was SUPER responsive. She replied very quickly to every question. Her notes and signage inside were very helpful - and answered many questions. This is a cottage and has a few quirks, which we found endearing. The beds were very comfortable and the electric blankets were a game changer and allowed us to drop the temp more at night. We slept very well. All furniture was comfortable and little that I could suggest to improve. Did not take advantage of the outside fire pit as we were gone most...

'Lovely place to stay! The host was very helpful in providing all of the details for the stay, the house was clean, and it has a very cozy feel to it. I'd recommend staying here if you're coming to Rochester. The only issue was that there was a guy yelling at us from his car for no reason, but that's not a problem regarding the homeowner, it's just the area. '

'The house was clean, aside from pet hair from previous people staying. Communication was great and very easy. I will say that if you do have accessibility needs that this house would be a problem since the only bathroom is on the 2nd floor. It wasn't a huge problem for us, but others it might. It was just something I overlooked. '
