'Elevator doesn’t work. Staff is a joke. We found bed bugs on our bed and told front desk and nothing!!'

'I stay here every time I'm in Batavia. Wish the horses were always racing though. Walking distance to great restaurant, Alex's. Great restaurant right in the casino. Bartenders were very friendly in casino and never waited for a drink. Continental breakfast is wonderful. Have your pick of just about anything. Maids were super friendly also. Great place.'

'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...

'Booked the room and the propery is a mess. The room is disheviled and dirty. Someone had a vehicle completely pulled apart in the parking lot. My wife would not stay there because she was grossed out. Would love a refund because we didnt stay there.'

'Very cozy and clean but needs to be rearranged for space and needs more places to put suitcases and things in bathroom have no room. Mirror isn't over sink and plug for hairdryer is really low. Ladder in middle of the room takes up too much space. Did have alot of ammenities for kitchen if needed.'

'We used this small and cozy house as our"home base" to celebrate christmas with our out of town family. Bruce was very receptive and allowed us to extend our checkout time. The house itself was comfortable, he did a great job renovating it. It met our basic needs. We are used to staying at VRBOs that really spoil their guests, but I think Bruce can easily become a 5 star host if he employs a ' woman's touch' to address those small details that were lacking.'

'Everything was very smooth with the check in process, communication with host was great. Location was convenient and close to family for the holiday gathering. Very welcoming to our dog with a special basket with her needs. Thanks!'
