Kies je hotel in Genesee County

'The staff were very helpful. Our room was very clean. The construction on the outside did concern me upon arrival but it was very quiet.'

'Warm and efficient welcome from desk staff. Very clean bathroom room and bedroom. The carpet looked a bit dated but a very comfortable room with a quiet refrigerator! The heating system was also very quiet. We slept well. Breakfast was modest but quite reasonable for the great room rate!! The eating area was very pleasant and homey too. The attendant there was also very pleasant.'

'clean room'

'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...

'Property appears rundown. Carpets are badly stained. Baseboards are missing in some areas. Elevator makes a grinding noise every time it stops before door opens. Our room had a musty odor. Doorway had chipped paint. We had no hand soap in the bathroom. When we asked the desk manager for some, he said it hadn’t come in yet! He did , however, give us a bottle of liquid Dove hand soap which appeared to have been partly used. The buffet breakfast was good and properly tended.'

'A fly swatter will be great. There were a lot of flies and we kept doors closed, except for going in and out. All of the rooms were clean and bed so comfy but watch your toes. Middle post on beds, caught our toes/feet a couple times.'

'The rooms were clean and comfortable. The facilities were in good condition and the location was very convenient to everything we wanted to do.'

'The host was very receptive and accommodating. The property was accurately described and illustrated in photos. I had an extended stay, the amenities were adequate and the property location was central for my needs. The steps to access and two small interior steps could be an issue if one has mobility issues. Would do a repeat stay.'

'This house was great for a large family getaway! We were within reach of many great parks and excursions while also experiencing the small town remote vibe! While I think a few things could have improved our trip such as a decent set of kitchen knives or a hair dryer… the house was exceptionally clean and otherwise enjoyed by our whole family. The host was very responsive.'

'This is not a hotel I would recommend. I was initially told that there were no rooms available even though I booked with Hotels.com. I was told that the hotel is used for long term stays for workers. I was eventually given a room on the first floor with a door to the outside. The property is very run down and the rooms smell like tobacco. The bed was “clean”but there was mildew on the walls in the bathroom and the microwave was dirty. The only amenities provided was bar soap and a hair...

'Very clean and private spot in Batavia. Close to stores, grocery and restaurants. Well stocked kitchen. Large backyard/ deck. Hot tub available although we did not use. Laundry facilities, too! Will stay here again!!'

'Great place.'
