'People were doing drugs throughout the hotel. Visible trash and dirty linens lined the hallways. Water stains, missing locks and doorknobs on multiple doors. Waterpark and pool not accessible. Visible bug damage. Do not stay here.'

'The hotel was renovating, I really wish that hotels would mention renovation in the description. At first, we were given a room next to the renovation and the lady at the desk said they were only busy for a couple of hours that day. Since we booked for a few nights, and the renovation would continue the next day, we asked for a different room as far as possible from the noise. Luckily there was a room available where the noise could not be heard. Rooms were comfy and clean, Breakfast was amazing...

'No one was present when we entered the hotel. There was a buzzer to ring to alert staff. We rang twice and no one responded. We had to go into a staff only area to get someone’s attention. Upon check out, again no one was behind the counter. Key was left at desk. Lack of customer service at front desk was disappointing.'

'The whole hotel is quiet from the nearby route 90. Pool open hours are good from 6:30 am to 10 pm. Ice a availability is good. AC , fan, and heat for room are easy to use. Staff answered all questions in a pleasant helpful manner. Breakfast buffet was ample and provided much needed protein. I recommend this hotel for travelers. You get what you pay for in this upend experience.'

'Very nice people at check in and check out. Air conditioning worked well on a hot day and the refrigerator was super cold. Clean room and beds and an easy access in and out to the concert we were going to at Darien Lake'

'We used this small and cozy house as our"home base" to celebrate christmas with our out of town family. Bruce was very receptive and allowed us to extend our checkout time. The house itself was comfortable, he did a great job renovating it. It met our basic needs. We are used to staying at VRBOs that really spoil their guests, but I think Bruce can easily become a 5 star host if he employs a ' woman's touch' to address those small details that were lacking.'
