'I enjoyed my stay on the property. However I had to pay an additional $135.00 at the property for parking and resorts fees. The “resort” only offer a normal pool and hot tub. Parking was 35.00 SELF PARK or 45.00 for valet. Its the only hotel on that side of the river. Definitely a rip off. Outside of that my stay was excellent. '

'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'

'We checked in very late, early morning on the 28th due to a flight delay on the 27th. Despite the time, the lady at the front desk Ms Betty , was incredibly friendly, professional, and accommodating. She truly went above and beyond to make sure we had a smooth check-in and a great experience. Her warmth and helpfulness stood out, especially after a long travel day. We really appreciated her kindness and exceptional service. '
