'I had mention to one of the staff we were at the hotel to celebrate our 49th wedding anniversary and the HR Manger sent up a cheese tray a bottle of wine and a ballon!
Over and above to make our stay wonderful!'

'Clean room and nice staff. Beds were very comfortable and the room was nice and big. A lot of room. Parking was right in front of the room. Only negative comment was the breakfast choices were not much. What was there was good, just no fruit, eggs or meat.'

'The room was disgusting, room was 111. The door looked like someone was trying to pry it open before, with the damage on the door frame and missing weather stripping. The door never seem to be 100% close. In the room smelled instantly of mold, the bathtub had mold on the drain and on and inside the jets, the shower had mold all over it's surface of the faucet. The fridge was nasty super dirty. Under the sink next to the trash can was some nasty brown stuff had no idea what it was. The staff...

'nice facility with two exceptions. lighting in the room was inadequate, very low lighting. bathroom lighting was around the mirror so could not see in the mirror. more importantly, the bathtub is very slippery and poorly designed. why have a tub anyway? A few changes would greatly enhance this facility
I booked this through Expedia where I have always had good results. Not this time. I booked two rooms and Expedia booked only one. Fortunately they had another room and we were able to stay.'
