'Room was clean but other than that this hotel does not deserve a 5 star rating. The staff did not tell us about the fact that there was a conference going on at the hotel. We were rushed out of the pool resturant and couldn’t use the pool because they put balloons all over the pool with weights attached to them. 'this is not a chateau but merely a las Vegas style facade of it. Rooms are ok but lacked a 2 person seating area, view was on the roof of the attrium. Food at restaurants, including breakfast, was outrageously high and what were called the refined dining venues lacked class. Tacky is the word.'
